The SCEGGS Archives contain a rich source of fascinating  and useful information about the School, its students, staff and community.  Dating from 1894 with the initial minutes of the Interim Committee who hoped to form a ‘Girls’ High School’ for the Sydney Diocese of the Church of England, the collection contains everything from written and photographic material, uniforms and sporting equipment, memorabilia and oral histories.  An almost complete set of Council and later Board minutes dating from 1895, School magazines since 1900, and building and architectural plans are held in the SCEGGS Archives.

If you would like to donate material or make an enquiry, please contact the archivist, Prudence Heath by email or on 02 9332 1133.

Material from the Archives are used and enjoyed across the School for a wide range of purposes including teaching, archival displays, development and alumni events, building projects, and School publications.
