Deputy Head of School (K-12)
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and visionary educational leader to join one of Australia’s most respected independent girls’ schools. The position commences in Term 1, 2026.

The successful applicant for this role will be an outstanding educator, passionate about girls’ education, committed to social justice, and dedicated to achieving excellence in all areas.
The Deputy Head of School provides strong educational leadership across the School (K-12), including academic leadership, staff development and professional wellbeing. The role involves working with families and students to ensure they get the most out of their education, collaborating with senior staff to ensure the highest quality in curriculum, co-curricular and wellbeing programs, actively supporting the Anglican ethos and traditions of the school and contributing significantly to the strategic planning process in the pursuit of the highest standards of education.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in leadership roles in schools at a senior level, a strong understanding of contemporary educational and social issues, creative and analytical thinking skills and a passion for working with girls and young women. They will be a strong communicator with the ability to motivate, inspire and support students and staff.
