 Primary Teacher

 

Applications are invited from enthusiastic and passionate Primary classroom teachers for a temporary, full-time maternity leave position in our Primary School for the 2027 school year.

The successful applicant will be a highly skilled and committed educator with a thorough knowledge of contemporary teaching, learning and assessment practices. They will be able to plan and deliver high-quality, engaging and appropriately differentiated learning experiences that respond to the needs of all students, while maintaining high expectations for learning, engagement and behaviour.

As a collaborative and reflective practitioner, they will demonstrate high standards of professional practice and a commitment to continually developing their teaching. They will work effectively as part of a team, contributing positively to a culture of professional learning, shared responsibility and excellence in teaching and learning.

The successful applicant will also demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the pastoral and developmental needs of primary-aged students. They will have the capacity to build positive and meaningful relationships with students, colleagues and parents, creating a classroom environment in which students feel known, supported and challenged to achieve their personal best.
