This means-tested Scholarship will be awarded to a student entering Year 7 or later years, whose family would not otherwise be able to send them to SCEGGS without financial assistance.
The Iris and Angela Hale Scholarship has been established by Old Girl Angela Hale (1961) in honour of her mother Iris’s unceasing love and care for Angela throughout her life and as an acknowledgment of the pastoral care, academic challenges and assistance provided by SCEGGS throughout Angela’s school life.
This means-tested Scholarship will be awarded to a student entering Year 7 and will cover 100% of
tuition. The Scholarship will be awarded based on application and an interview and will be tenable for the student’s
Secondary schooling provided that the recipient continues to contribute positively to the School.
Applications for 2025 are now open and will close on Friday 2 February 2024.
