Fifty-seven SCEGGS students from Years 2–11 proudly represented the School during a thrilling week of Snowsports competition across Thredbo and Perisher in the final week of the school holidays.
The season began with the Redlands Cup in Thredbo, where the Division 1 and Division 3 teams both secured podium finishes despite challenging conditions. Alyssa Rayment also claimed an individual Bronze Medal in Division 1.
The competition continued at the Sydney Regional Championships in Perisher, with fresh snowfall giving way to spectacular bluebird conditions. At the Scos Cup, Cleo Harrington won Gold and Amelia Pellegrino took home Silver in outstanding individual performances.
Beyond the medals, students impressed with their resilience, determination and sportswomanship, supporting one another both on and off the mountain. Congratulations to all 57 competitors for representing SCEGGS with enthusiasm, courage and pride, and best of luck to those advancing to the NSW State Interschools Championships in August.
